Back in 1895 The Carnegie Museum of Art became one of the first contemporary art museums in the country and since then their collection has grown to well over thirty thousand pieces that you can check out at their popular Third Thursday events or during their regular open hours from 10am to 5pm on most days but they are closed on Tuesday and stay open until 8pm on Thursday.
Expect to find find the largest collection of Warhol’s anywhere in the world at The Andy Warhol Museum which is open from 10am to 5pm on most days but stays open until 10pm on Friday. Their free Youth Open Studio Program is a can’t miss for kids or young adults who want to improve their skills and knowledge.

The Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival lasts for 10 days at Point State Park in June.

The Mr. Rogers’ Memorial Statue was dedicated back in 2009 after being created by Robert Berks.
PNC Park is the home of the Pirates and it’s where you can find the Bill Mazeroski Statue.
