The National Museum of Asian, African and American Cultures is the only Czech Republic museum that is dedicated to art, material, and spiritual legacy of civilizations outside of Europe. Head over to see what they have to offer from 10am to 6pm daily.
The Czech Cubism exhibition at the Museum Of Decorative Arts combines fine art, applied arts, and architecture and they open at 10am every day but Monday when they are closed.
Dox Prague is the largest independent institution with a focus on contemporary art in the Czech Republic and they have a variety of educational programs near you for all ages on site and keep regular hours of noon to 6pm Wednesday through Sunday.
Illusion Art Museum is open from 9am to 9pm daily and is the only museum in the country dedicated to illusion and trick art.
You can find exhibitions of three famous artists like Salvador Dalí, Alphonse Mucha and Andy Warhol at the Central Gallery.
There are famous paintings by Canaletto, Bruegel, and Velázquez at the Lobkowicz Palace Museum which is open from 10am to 6pm daily and any local students should check out their curator program.

You can find Memorial Kafka in Old Town on Dušní Street which was created by Jaroslav Róna.
On the base of Petřín Hill you can see the Memorial to the Victims of Communism which was unveiled in 2002.
