With approximately 500,000 artifacts from over 4,000 years of human history the Museum für Kunst und Gewerbe (MK&G) is one of the most prominent museums for arts and crafts in Europe. Opened in 1877 the MKG depicts the extraordinary tale of human ingenuity and has world-class collections extending from ancient to contemporary art that encompasses cultural regions from Europe, Islam, and East Asia. They are closed on Monday, open from 10am to 6pm the rest of the week and until 9pm on Thursday nights.

Flo Peters Gallery was founded in 2005 and is an internationally active fine art photography gallery with a focus on 20th century black-and-white photography as well as exceptional contemporary pieces.
